Return/Exchange Policy

Exchanges are welcomed! 

I am 100% committed to you loving your purchase!! Communication is key, so please reach out to me if you need to exchange, or if you have any questions about sizing, etc!!

Sale Items:   All sale items are final. I am not able to exchange once purchased. 

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect according to your order, please contact me immediately so we can remedy the issue.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact me via email within 7 days of delivery.  If that item is not in stock for the exchange, you will be give a store credit to use at a later date equal to the amount spent. 


Returned Items can not be worn, or washed.  Once the item is received and inspected if it is suspected the item has been washed or worn, then AKD is not responsible for shipping cost returning that item.  

Exchanges Cost: 

Customer is responsible for shipping cost on any return and exchanged item.  If you would like the same item in a different size please message me  for more information on if that item is available.  If that item is not available or no longer in stock, you will receive a store credit for future purchases.
